Can my employer find out I’m in therapy?
No. Sagemitra is a private platform. If your company offers EAP through us, sessions remain confidential — only aggregated, anonymised data is shared with HR.
Are Sagemitra therapists licensed?
Yes. Every therapist on Sagemitra is verified — we check their degrees, certifications, and registration documents during onboarding.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Up to 24 hours before your session, free of charge, from your account. Within 24 hours, we charge a 50% fee — most therapists waive it once.
Can I switch therapists?
Yes, any time. The first session not feeling right is normal — switching is a feature, not a failure.
