Workshops that move people — not just inform them.
Interactive, clinician-led wellbeing sessions built around your group — from corporate teams and startups to NGOs, ashrams, women’s collectives, senior-living, children’s homes and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Who it's for
Built for the group in the room.
A workshop for women employees isn’t a workshop for a startup team or an old-age home. We shape the tone, language and examples to fit.
Corporates

Startups
Founder mental health and high-pressure team culture — sized for lean teams.
Schools & Colleges
Exam stress, teen anxiety, self-esteem and counsellor/teacher enablement.
NGOs & CSR programmes
Community mental-health drives and staff care — grant- and CSR-friendly.
Ashrams & spiritual centres
Grief, letting go and contemplative wellbeing, held with sensitivity.
Senior-living & old-age homes
Loneliness, purpose, cognitive wellness and caregiver support.
Children's & care homes
Trauma-informed emotional safety and expressive-arts sessions for kids.
Women's collectives & SHGs
Empowerment, boundaries, safety and postpartum mental health.

Empowered Women, Balanced Lives
A wellness & work–life balance workshop for women employees.

This interactive session creates a safe, practical space to pause, reflect and learn simple strategies for work–life balance, emotional resilience and healthier relationships with themselves and others.
Key themes
Work–life balance, beyond “doing it all”
Realistic priorities, boundaries, and moving from guilt-driven to healthy productivity.
Stress management & emotional resilience
Understanding overload and simple techniques for regulation and relaxation.
The power of saying “no”
Assertive communication without guilt; managing people-pleasing tendencies.
Self-care without guilt
Sustainable self-care and reconnecting with personal needs and identity.
Relationships & communication
Difficult conversations, and responding rather than reacting under pressure.
Confidence & self-worth
Challenging self-doubt and creating space for growth and aspirations.

How it works
From enquiry to action plan.
You enquire
Tell us who the group is and what you’re hoping for. Takes two minutes.
We co-design
A clinician shapes a session around your group — themes, tone and duration. Nothing is fixed until you approve.
We facilitate
Interactive, not a lecture — scenarios, reflection, activities and role-plays. Online or on-site.
Follow-up
Participants leave with a personal action plan and take-home strategies. Optional follow-up sessions.
Questions
Good to know.
How long is a workshop?
Most run 2–3 hours as a single interactive session. We also do shorter 60–90 minute talks and multi-session series for deeper work.
Online or in person?
Both. We facilitate on-site anywhere in India and run live online sessions for distributed teams and remote communities.
Who facilitates?
Sagemitra clinicians and trained facilitators — psychologists and wellbeing specialists, not generic motivational speakers.
Can it be tailored to our group?
Always. Every workshop is co-designed around your audience — a corporate team, an NGO cohort, women employees, seniors, students or a community group.
What does it cost?
It depends on format, group size and location. Corporate and CSR budgets differ, and we keep NGO / community pricing accessible. Send an enquiry for a tailored quote.
In which languages?
English and Hindi as standard, with several regional languages available depending on the facilitator.
